Graduating from High School in 1981was the infancy of the internet as we know it today.
There wasn’t multiple Personal Training Certification Organization. Furthermore the prospects of someone making Personal Training a viable career outside of Moving to Hollywood of NewYork City and catering to the Rich-And -Famous was unheard of.
Yet the desire on my part to Learn and Teach Exercise and Fitness concepts was very strong. Somewhere and Sometime during my early College experience a came across the following statement
“Function Follows Form”. What I understood that to mean was that The the Exercise Form You Use Today becomes the Way the Body Functions tomorrow . Therefore careful attention must be paid to understanding How the human body has been is Designed to Move, and the importance of not violating these Principles.
