When I met Natalie She had a long history of Unbalanced and Overworked Muscled. Due to personal family/Employment issues Exercise was Her coping stress relief activity. Some people may choose to go shopping or hang out at the Bar Natalie would just go workout for 2hrs. Natalie was experiencing classic signs of unwise working out habits; Chronic neck pain and low back stiffness, feet, lower leg pain and serious sleeping difficulties. Needless to say She was very ready for a different approach to pursuing Her Fitness and Healthy living Goals. Upon receiving relief from some of her pain over time and seeing her posture improve which really had a positive affect upon Natalie’s confidence. Lastly with the lowered cortisol levels she was less toxic and slept more soundly. How we became Husband and Wife is another Whole subject for another Whole discussion. Needless to say, things Clicked and after a year in a half we began dating and as they say the rest is history. By the Way I am still her trainer so at least a few times a week she listen’s to me. I have the unique experience of training with and living with him. Dallas is a sensitive, genuine, and caring man. He is very intelligent and researches everything.
When I first met him, in the gym of course, I felt a bit intimidated by him. But once I allowed him to direct the course of my training I found my muscle imbalances were eliminated and my body responded positively to the training.
He encouraged self-improvement and also educated me on the way I should train my body parts equally with an awareness to injury prevention. I am blessed that now my trainer is my husband. I love, respect and appreciate all the little things he does not only in my life but in the lives of others.
Of course the rest is history. I feel in love with this kind, strong and gentleman.
Dallas is my mate, the love of my life and yes he still will give me training tips and he can still be a taskmaster but I don’t argue with the results.
