Liz Wilson is 27 years old. She’s been with me since the age of 16. When I first met LIz it was more like a head on collision. She was Going 100 mph in the wrong direction. Liz trained hard and fast and overdid everything. With Liz her training approach was “More was Better and then do Some More”. Frustrated and Worn out She cried Help. My Challenge with Liz was to go from a Chronic Over training mentality to a Consistent Intense Smart Approach. As Liz Began to Trust my Training Philosophy she experienced less pain in her joints and improvements in her physique and performance.
Liz was a Basketball and Track and Field Athlete. She later took on Tri-Athlons just to “Past Away Time”. Liz went on to be A Field Throwing Athlete at The University of Alabama and it was with great pride on my part that she decided to take on the field of Study to become a Dietician. Now as a Registered Dietician Specializing in Sports Performance and A Certified Personal Trainer She now helps people who are just like she use to be. The Special aspect of our relationship is that now she is a fellow colleague working along side of me in the field of Fitness, Wellness and Nutrition. I look forward to Collaborating with Her on some Joint Project and Seminar Type activities in the Future.
Liz Wilson Client Testimonial for Dallas Terrell and N2-SPRT
I’ve been working with Coach Terrell for eleven years and one of the main things I have learned from Coach Terrell is the value of working smarter, not necessarily harder. I see many athletes working so hard but not very smart. With coach Terrell, more isn’t always better. Better is better and I’ve been able to get faster, stronger and learner without two ore more hours working out. Working with coach Terrell has truly been life changing.
Coach Terrell is an excellent motivator and my personal workout was not one he just pulled off the shelf. He designed it just for me after he and I discussed my goals, needs and challenges. I guess Coach Terrell is one of the smartest people I have ever met. I get excited about coming home because I know I will always learn something new and be able to apply it to my workouts or life in general. He has helped me grow and it like a second father to me. I always know I can count on him to do the best thing for me and my health.
