Over the years I have been asked many questions but the questions I get asked repetitively follow this type of tone.
” Coach Dallas I Work out Hard, and Eat Pretty Good but I just can’t Seem to achieve consistent or observable results, what Should I Do?”
Well depending upon the Asker there can be many factors involved that Holds Such a person back from satisfactory results. Generally It can be boiled down to some combination of the following:
- Over Training/Dieting
- Mis Training /Dieting
- Exercise Selection/Execution
It is a proven fact that long workouts can actually prevent you from reaching your fitness goals and it’s entirely possible that you’re suffering from the same syndrome. You’re working out longer, you’re working out harder, you’re trying this supplement, that supplement, hoping to find the magic formula that will help you make the performance, or fitness breakthrough you want.
The bottom line is that more isn’t always better. Better is better.
